A new business continuity plan (BCP) at MedOne. The plan enables the company to assure its customers a maximum level of service even during the most serious incidents that might occur in Israel, including an effective response to damage to physical infrastructure, damage to external inputs such as communications, electricity or water, issues of availability of the human resource and changes in demand for various services. Another important component of the new plan is the promise of survivability of the main communications junctions that connect Israel with the world even in times of war and after natural disasters.
